Do you offer customer support?
Of course, we do! We try our best to provide excellent customer service, and we will gladly give you a hand as long as you have an active plan.
Once you buy a theme or build a site using one of our themes, if you are having any doubts or feel like you need our help, you can check out our documentation and browse through the articles. You can also send a support request via this form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Membership, license usage and upgrade
Can I use the themes on multiple websites with just one license?
The ability to use our themes across multiple websites depends on the licensing plan you choose:
- Single Theme: This plan provides licenses for up to 3 separate websites.
- Standard Bundle: With this option, you can use our themes on up to 10 different websites.
- Agency Bundle: This is our most expansive plan, allowing you to use our themes on an unlimited number of websites.
It’s important to note that each license counts against one website. This includes individual subsites within a WordPress multisite setup. So, for instance, if you have a WordPress multisite with 3 subsites, it would require 3 licenses.
Can I upgrade my membership from Single and Standard Bundle to Agency Bundle?
Yes you can. If you decide to do this, please contact us and we’ll let you know how to proceed.
Do I need to renew my membership?
Single, Standard Bundle and Agency Bundle packages are valid one year from the purchase after which they will be automatically renewed. Of course, you will be notified about this before the automatic renewal occurs. If, for any reason, you don’t want your license to renew automatically, you should log in to your Themetick account, navigate to Licenses area, then click the particular license and in the popup window click Cancel Auto-Renew.
Do I get upgrades for the themes?
Absolutely! Free updates are available for all clients with a valid membership.
Where do I find Terms and Conditions and Refund policy?

Where can I see demos?
Navigate to the themes page, click on the “preview” button next to the desired theme.
What happens when my license expires?
When your license expires, you will still be able to use themes but updates and support won’t be available.
There is no option to renew the license
So, you have logged in to your Themetick account and navigated to the Licenses area where all of your Themetick licenses are listed but when you clicked the particular license, you have noticed that there is no option to renew it. This simply means that your license is still not due for renewal. You will receive an email 30 days before your license expires which will contain a direct link for license renewal. And, you will receive similar reminder emails 7 days, 2 days and one day before your license expires (if you don’t renew it at some point, of course).

I can’t access my account
If you’re having troubles logging in to your Themetick account, please navigate here and use your email address to reset your password. Once you do this, you can then navigate to your account login page and use your email and newly created password to log in.
Can I use your themes to build websites for clients?
