Predefined blocks known as patterns can be used in the content of your pages or posts. These patterns are actually a set of various blocks, and their content, such as text and images, can be modified. In addition to the standard WordPress patterns, the theme comes with its own, theme-specific patterns.

Inserting patterns

To insert a pattern to your page or post, start by clicking a plus icon as if you are about to add any other block to your page/post. In the popup that will appear, click Browse All button on the bottom of the popup which will load a picker on the left. In this picker, you will notice that there are three tabs and the second one is labeled as Patterns. Click this tab and it will load all the pattern categories such as Featured, Posts, Text, Gallery, etc. To browse all the existing patterns, click Explore all patterns buttons on the bottom. Once you find the pattern you want to use, simply click on it and it will insert this pattern to your page/post. When the pattern is inserted, you can select each of its blocks individually and customize them any way you see fit.
